Change of mind

Unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. You pay return shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the piece arriving back with us.

Faulty or damaged pieces

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected. If a piece is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

What can't be returned

• Pieces that have been used
• Custom commissions
• Items marked as seconds
